My Heritage
My name is Venisha and my heritage is South African Indian. I grew up in a family of amazing home cooks.
My grandmother especially, could turn the most humble and simple ingredients into mouth watering dishes with the invention of new recipes on the spot.
She taught me that good food comes from fresh ingredients but the secret ingredient is always love. My fondest memories as a young girl, was always being by her side, inquisitive, asking questions, in awe of this creativity.
This inspired me to create a blend of spices where every meal is a celebration of vibrant ingredients, bold flavours and nourishing goodness.
My Approach
I use only fresh and authentic ingredients for consistency and unique flavor.
I am not a chef – just a simple home cook!
However, I am passionate about the tradition of food, cooking an absolutely delicious meal and then sharing it.
